Frank Brennan SJ, AO, lawyer and activist, the leading Jesuit of Australia, architect of the Mabo decision and son of Sir Gerard Brennan, former High Court Justice who handed down the Mabo decision, is now acting as Chair of Australia's Human rights Commission.
